Sedgwick, leader mondial en gestion de sinistres, accélère le développement de son pôle Expertise Construction et recrute des Managers Opérationnels de Région (H/F) pour accompagner cette dynamique.
🎯Mission : Inutile de vous présenter le métier : vous le maîtrisez déjà ! Ce que nous recherchons, ce sont ceux qui veulent aller plus loin, ceux qui ont un esprit de bâtisseur, ceux qui souhaitent développer une agence régionale d’expertise Construction. En plus de vos interventions en tant qu’expert, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration d’un centre de profit, le développement de partenariats commerciaux solides, la gestion et l’amélioration de la qualité clients, ainsi que le recrutement et l’animation d’une équipe que vous accompagnerez dans sa montée en compétences.
🤝Intégration : Dès votre arrivée, vous bénéficierez d’un accompagnement personnalisé par la direction nationale de l’expertise Construction. Cet appui stratégique vous permettra de structurer votre activité avec efficacité et de maximiser vos chances de réussite.
🛠️ Vous êtes titulaire de la qualification CRAC. Vous aimez construire, structurer et fédérer : développer une entité et faire grandir une équipe sont au cœur de vos motivations.

📍Localisation : Les postes sont répartis sur le territoire afin de renforcer notre maillage local et notre réactivité auprès de nos clients : Paris/IDF, Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, Marseille, Lille, Rouen, Tours... Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir dans la région à laquelle la ville est rattachée.
