The Security Counselor is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment through facility monitoring, hourly rounds, and client oversight. Key duties include managing intake/discharge processes and handling crisis interventions to diffuse physical altercations.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and be computer literate in Microsoft Office and EMR systems. One year of experience as a security guard and experience working with diverse populations are preferred.

Under general supervision, Security Counselors are responsible for providing security services that support the facility’s overall safety. The primary goal of this position is to provide monitoring and oversight at the facility that contributes towards a safe and clean environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
