The Personal Banker acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales, service activities, and outbound calling. They manage the customer experience by identifying financial needs, positioning PNC solutions, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to drive loyalty.
Candidates typically require an associate degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience. Strong competencies in banking products, sales, and customer service are essential for success in this role.
