The Personal Banker acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales, service activities, and outbound calling. They manage the customer experience by identifying financial needs and positioning appropriate PNC solutions to drive loyalty and revenue.
Candidates typically require an associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience. Strong knowledge of banking products, retail lending, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
