The Personal Banker acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales, service activities, and outbound interactions. They manage the customer experience by identifying financial needs and positioning appropriate PNC solutions to drive loyalty and revenue.
Candidates typically require an associate degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work history. Strong knowledge of banking products, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage risk are essential for success in this role.
