The teller delivers a unique customer experience by processing financial transactions and educating customers on banking alternatives. They also identify customer needs to make appropriate referrals and perform lobby engagement activities to promote PNC products.
This role does not require a university degree or prior experience, as training is provided. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage risk according to company policies.
