Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment reconciliation. Lead the month-end close process and provide financial reporting and payroll support.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping accounting operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for an Accounting Lead to own our day-to-day accounting operations in a highly visible remote role supporting our mission.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing detailed accounting work with problem-solving and process improvement. The majority of your time will be managing accounts receivable, daily invoicing, payment reconciliation, and AR follow-up, alongside month-end close, AP, and payroll support using QuickBooks Online and Zoho CRM.
You will work closely with leadership, our fractional CFO, and our controller firm while having the autonomy to manage your day-to-day responsibilities independently.
This role calls for someone who can execute the daily work with precision and also think critically about whether we’re doing it the right way. If you spot a better process, we want to hear it.
This is a remote role for a Minnesota-based candidate working 32-40 hours per week, with quarterly travel to our headquarters.
