The Civil Technician assists the crew lead with site construction tasks including pouring foundations, installing fencing, and performing grounding work. They are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, completing daily safety forms, and ensuring job sites are properly prepared and cleaned.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be physically capable of performing demanding field labor in all weather conditions. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and operating construction machinery is required, along with the ability to travel extensively.
