Loan Sales Specialists provide customers with affordable financing solutions by managing the full loan life cycle and collections activities. They engage customers across multiple technological channels to meet individual and branch goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Experience in sales, collections, or customer service and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
