Naast het ontwikkelen van opleidingen en trainingen speel je een actieve rol in de implementatie ervan. Als Learning Experience Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en verbeteren van digitale leeroplossingen binnen Hypotheken C&S. Je vertaalt inhoud van vakspecialisten naar aansprekende leerervaringen en zorgt ervoor dat kennis op een toegankelijke manier wordt aangeboden.

Vanuit jouw rol werk je veel samen met vakspecialisten, managers, coaches en collega’s uit de afdelingen Beheer, Verstrekken, Contact en Advies.
De sfeer binnen het team is informeel, betrokken en resultaatgericht. We helpen elkaar vooruit, delen kennis actief en werken samen aan leeroplossingen die medewerkers direct ondersteunen in hun werk. Daarbij krijg je ruimte voor eigen initiatief, creativiteit en het verbeteren van digitale leerproducten.
