No. Hay conocimientos clave, pero contarás con apoyo y acompañamiento para adaptarte y ganar seguridad progresivamente.

Tiene procesos claros, pero también variedad: clientes, red comercial, incidencias, prioridades… no hay dos días iguales.
Experiencia previa en seguros (al menos 2 años)
Te permitirá entender rápidamente pólizas, suplementos y movimientos habituales.

Porque muchas decisiones que tomes impactan directamente en su experiencia.
Manejo de herramientas Office, especialmente Excel y Word
Serán tus aliadas en el día a día para gestionar información con agilidad.
Capacidad de adaptación y ganas de aprender
Los procesos evolucionan y aquí sabrás moverte bien en el cambio.
Inglés a nivel intermedio (valorable)
Útil para documentación y algunos entornos internos (no para atención constante).
Valorarás aún más el puesto si ya conoces entornos como AS400 o Siebel, aunque no es imprescindible.
Asegurar que la gestión administrativa de las pólizas sea ágil, correcta y orientada al cliente, dando soporte clave tanto a la red comercial como a los equipos internos, y contribuyendo a que la experiencia del cliente sea fluida y de calidad.
Gestionarás la emisión de pólizas y su administración posterior (aportaciones, suplementos, incrementos y modificaciones).
Darás soporte al Centro de Atención a la Red (CAR), ayudando a resolver incidencias y consultas.
Administrarás y priorizarás la gestión de buzones, asegurando respuestas claras y a tiempo.
Colaborarás con otros equipos para que los procesos fluyan correctamente.
