“¿Necesito experiencia previa?”
No. Es una beca pensada para aprender. Lo importante es tu actitud, curiosidad y ganas de aportar.
“¿Es un rol solo administrativo?”
La base es administrativa, pero te permitirá entender el negocio, interactuar con equipos comerciales y participar en proyectos del área.
“¿Tendré acompañamiento?”
Sí. Desde el inicio contarás con apoyo para entender tareas, herramientas y procesos.
Estar en último curso o recién graduado/a en ADE o similar
Te permitirá aplicar lo aprendido en un entorno real de empresa.
Buen manejo de Excel y Microsoft Office
Será tu herramienta principal para organizar información y trabajar de forma eficiente.
Capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente
Te ayudará a resolver consultas y colaborar con equipos comerciales de forma efectiva.
Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender
Es clave para aprovechar al máximo la experiencia y crecer dentro del rol.
Nivel medio de inglés (valorable)
Te permitirá desenvolverte mejor en un entorno corporativo internacional.
Conocimiento de Salesforce (valorable)
Facilitará tu adaptación, aunque podrás aprenderlo dentro del puesto.
Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas
