Work you’ll do

As a Senior Specialist in the RMP office, you will in a part of Deloitte and the role has a primary focus on Day-to-day operations and analytics of the consulting business.

Main responsibility includes:-

• Daily Operations Management:
  • Analyze and manage the day-to-day operations of the Consulting Regional Managing Partner Office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights and trends from various sources.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for the Consulting Regional Managing Partner, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining operational processes and improving overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Meeting Coordination and Documentation:
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Managing Partner, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion
• Project Support:
  • Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives led by the Consulting Regional Managing Partner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct research, and contribute to project deliverables.

Requirements:

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 6 – 7 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment, with a focus on operations and analytics.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
