Acts as the strategic right hand to the EVP of Technical Services, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Responsibilities include establishing execution frameworks, managing executive communications, and bridging operational gaps across global teams.
Requires 7+ years of experience in enterprise software services delivery, business operations, or management consulting. A university degree is required, with an MBA preferred, along with strong executive presence and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

As our Technical Services organization evolves, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, planning and execution frameworks, and operational excellence.
This role offers abundant opportunities to meaningfully impact the progress of our business. You will work closely with the EVP of Technical Services, their global leadership team, and collaborate with leaders across all functions both internal and external to Technical Services.
In short, you'll be the strategic right hand—ensuring the entire technical services ecosystem moves with clarity, purpose, and speed.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
