El Planeador de Transporte es responsable de planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a la estrategia de transporte nacional para garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de embarques y los niveles de servicio establecidos. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los transportistas para asegurar la disponibilidad de capacidad, optimizar los costos de transporte y anticipar las necesidades operativas. El rol tiene un enfoque analítico, orientado a la evaluación de información, la planificación de capacidad y el desarrollo de estrategias que optimicen el desempeño de la red de transporte, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa, el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio y la mejora continua.

Planificar y coordinar la asignación de transporte para cumplir con el plan de embarques.
Monitorear las operaciones de transporte y gestionar incidencias con transportistas y áreas internas.
Evaluar tendencias de volumen, utilización de capacidad y desempeño de los proveedores para identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
Analizar KPIs e implementar acciones para optimizar costos, capacidad y nivel de servicio.
Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y análisis para apoyar la toma de decisiones de la gerencia de logística y cadena de suministro.
Participar en reuniones con las áreas de logística, para alinear los requerimientos de transporte con las necesidades del negocio.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y las políticas de Mars.
