The Risk and Controls Analyst will conduct risk and control reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards. They will also monitor processes, investigate incidents, and prepare reports to support management in maintaining effective business controls.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in risk, compliance, or back-office operations and hold a bachelor's degree. Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work a fixed night shift are required.
