The Transformation Analyst drives operational efficiency by analyzing end-to-end business processes and identifying optimization opportunities. They are responsible for developing process maps, analyzing performance data, and implementing practical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Candidates need experience in business analysis or process improvement, preferably within financial services, using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI is required along with strong stakeholder management skills.
This Transformation Analyst will focus on driving and supporting key transformation initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes across the organization.
This role will work closely with business, operations, and enabling teams to analyze end-to-end processes, assess operational performance, identify optimization opportunities, and support the design and implementation of practical solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
Also, strong process analytics capability, deep understanding of the business and data, and the ability to convert operational insight into measurable transformation outcomes will be required.
