We believe in the value of empowering the Assistant Manager, Agency Recruitment and Development with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.
Position Responsibilities:
Engage district and coordinate the course registration for different events for new agents or managers and maintain respective database
Support the preparation work, event logistics as well as post-event follow up for recruitment events and overseas conventions.
Manage profile assessment and administrative duties for the recruitment process.
Support ad-hoc tasks to achieve desired results of business needs
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder in Marketing or Communications
4+ years of work experience with 2 years in marketing or sales promotion field is preferrable
Solid knowledge and experience in administrative and event support
Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage
Proactive, enthusiastic, organized and attentive to details
Good team player with a customer-oriented approach
Good presentation skills and able to work under pressure
Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
