The Line Cook is responsible for crafting fresh, high-quality dishes according to recipes and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. They must also support the kitchen team with prep, stocking, and closing duties while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
Candidates must have at least one year of kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation.
