Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire principal(e), Planification et analyse financière pour se joindre à notre équipe Finance. Tu relèveras du Senior Director FP&A. Tu seras responsable de piloter la relation de partenariat financier FP&A avec les parties prenantes de l’entreprise tout en menant des initiatives stratégiques en finance. Il s’agit d’un rôle à forte visibilité au sein d’une fonction qui collabore directement avec le CFO, l’ELT et des conseillers externes. Cette personne développera les relations de travail et les méthodologies déjà en place avec des parties prenantes clés, tant au niveau des unités d’affaires que des fonctions, en exécutant différents cycles de planification (budget, prévisions, plan à long terme), en comprenant et expliquant les revenus, la planification des effectifs, le coût des ventes, les dépenses d’exploitation, puis en consolidant l’information dans des plans financiers.
Être responsable du partenariat financier avec les VPs et les parties prenantes de niveau C-suite, en fournissant des analyses financières solides pour soutenir les plans stratégiques
Préparer et présenter des livrables à la haute direction
Construire des modèles financiers, budgets annuels, prévisions trimestrielles et projections mensuelles afin de soutenir la prise de décision à travers l’organisation, tout en guidant les partenaires d’affaires et en assurant l’exactitude et l’intégralité des plans financiers
Collaborer avec les équipes d’affaires pour fournir des recommandations et des analyses permettant de stimuler la croissance des revenus et d’optimiser la rentabilité
Gérer le P&L de l’entreprise en analysant les résultats financiers et opérationnels, en identifiant les opportunités d’amélioration et en menant des initiatives d’optimisation des coûts
Développer et mettre en place des politiques et procédures financières afin d’améliorer la précision des prévisions et de la planification
Soutenir les autres leaders FP&A dans l’élaboration de stratégies à long terme
Soutenir et/ou développer un réseau de contacts interfonctionnels au sein de l’entreprise afin d’anticiper et planifier les changements liés aux stratégies de génération de revenus
Baccalauréat en commerce, comptabilité ou finance
Plus de 7 ans d’expérience progressive en analyse financière
Excellente maîtrise d’Excel essentielle
Expérience dans le développement, le maintien et la présentation des résultats d’un P&L
Expérience comme partenaire d’affaires en finance auprès de la haute direction
Expérience en cabinet-conseil ou en cabinet comptable, un atout
Expérience en gestion d’équipe
Excellentes habiletés de communication verbale et écrite en anglais afin d’interagir avec tous les niveaux de gestion. En tant qu’entreprise mondiale comptant des employés et clients à l’extérieur du Québec, la maîtrise de l’anglais comme langue de travail est requise pour ce poste.
