Wir suchen eine/n Head of Field Sales für unser Hospitality-Team vor Ort in München. In dieser Rolle übernehmst du eine Schlüsselfunktion: Du wirst ein komplett neues Team von ca. 8 bis 10 Outbound Field Account Executives aufbauen, strukturieren und leiten.
Gemeinsam helft ihr Gastronomen dabei, ihre Abläufe durch modernste Restaurant-Technologie (SaaS POS) zu vereinfachen und zu skalieren. Wir suchen eine vertriebsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit nachweisbarem Erfolg im B2B-Sales-Management und der Neukundengewinnung.
Teamaufbau & -leitung: Du rekrutierst, führst und coachst ein neues Field-basiertes Team, um die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Fähigkeiten und die Einhaltung von Best Practices zu fördern.
Sales Cycle Management: Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses – von der Prospektion bis zum Abschluss – bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung der täglichen Aktivitäten und der Zielerreichung des Teams.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Kompetente Nutzung von Salesforce zur Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und für präzise wöchentliche Umsatzprognosen an das Management.
Hands-on Coaching: Regelmäßige Begleitung deines Teams im Field durch gemeinsame Kundenbesuche, Live-Demos vor Ort und maßgeschneiderte Ansprachestrategien.
Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit den Abteilungen Produkt, Implementierung und Account Management, um ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten.
Strategisches Wachstum: Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Pläne für das Vertriebsgebiet sowie Identifizierung von Engpässen zur Optimierung der Teameffizienz.
Umsatzverantwortung: Erreichen und Übertreffen der gesetzten Neugeschäfts- und Umsatzziele für dein Team und die Region.
Als Teil des erweiterten Teams trägst du maßgeblich zu unseren übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen bei. Das bedeutet auch, dass du mal dort anpackst, wo es brennt – selbst wenn es nicht strikt in deinen Aufgabenbereich fällt (echter Teamgeist eben!).
Must-Have (Führungserfahrung): Fundierte, nachweisbare Erfahrung im People Management – insbesondere im Aufbau, der Führung und dem Coaching von Field-basierten Vertriebsteams.
Must-Have (Field Sales): Tiefgehende Erfahrung im Field Sales und Outbound-Vertrieb sowie eine echte Leidenschaft dafür, gemeinsam mit deinem Team direkt beim Kunden vor Ort zu sein.
Arbeitsort: Du wohnst im Raum München oder bist bereit, komplett vor Ort in München zu arbeiten.
Sales-Expertise: Die Fähigkeit, ein Vertriebsteam durch den gesamten Sales-Cycle zu steuern – von der Kaltakquise bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Tech-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit Salesforce für detailliertes Reporting und präzises Forecasting.
Branchenkenntnis: Vorerfahrung in den Bereichen SaaS, Hospitality, Gastronomie oder Hotellerie ist ein großes Plus.
Hunter-Mentalität: Erfahrung und Erfolg im Outbound-Sales, bei Direktansprachen vor Ort („Walk-ins“) und darin, echtes Interesse für eine Plattform zu wecken.
