The Pickleball Pro is responsible for teaching private and group lessons while coordinating leagues, mixers, and tournaments to drive member engagement. They must also manage their own book of business to meet financial goals and ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. They are required to obtain an IPTPA or PPR certification within six months of hire and possess strong customer service and communication skills.
