The Kids Supervisor manages and implements engaging, safe, and entertaining activities for children aged three months to 11 years. They are also responsible for maintaining operational documentation, delegating cleaning tasks, and providing feedback to team members.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before starting. First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are required within the first 60 days of employment.
The Kids Supervisor enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children between the ages of three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes.
