The LifeSpa Coordinator manages incoming calls to schedule appointments and provides detailed information about spa products and services to guests. They also support the Department Head with administrative tasks and office duties.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience. CPR and AED certifications are required within 30 days of hire, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

They also assist the Department Head with filing and other office duties as needed.
