The Aquatics Swim Instructor is responsible for teaching swimming lessons to adults and children while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool area. They also handle member inquiries and promote various aquatics programs and services.
Candidates must be working towards a High School Diploma or GED and possess valid StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certifications. The role requires the physical ability to swim 25 yards and lift up to 20 lbs.
As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will work in a fast-paced environment. You will help both adults and children improve their swimming. You will teach life skills to our youngest members and evaluate their swimming ability to establish the correct swim level. You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.
