Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and boilers to ensure club safety and functionality. Manages recreational pool chemistry and temperature controls while recording all maintenance in CMMS software.
Requires 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 20 lbs. Preferred qualifications include a Boiler/Engineers License, CFC certification, and AFO or CPO certifications.
