Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department by scheduling court time and educating members on programs and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure facilities are clean and organized.
Requires at least one year of customer service experience and working toward a high school diploma or GED. CPR and AED certifications and computer experience are preferred.
The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
