The Cook is responsible for producing menu items according to recipes while maintaining food safety guidelines. They also manage the flow of food production and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to lift more than 20 lbs and work in a stationary position for prolonged periods. ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications are required within specified timeframes after hire.
