The Financial Reporting Systems Lead will own the MIS strategy and roadmap to modernize management reporting, automation, and data engineering across Finance. Candidates must possess advanced finance acumen with extensive experience in MIS, P&A, or Product Control within a large financial institution. A proven track record in leading data transformation programs, implementing robust controls, and utilizing modern BI and AI/ML tools is required.
The Commercial & Investment Bank Central Planning & Analytics team is seeking a high-impact Financial Reporting Systems Lead with deep technical capability and an advanced finance/MIS domain foundation to modernize management reporting and insights.
As a Financial Reporting Systems Lead – Executive Director in the Commercial & Investment Bank Central Planning & Analytics team, you will lead the transformation of MIS capabilities across Finance, with an emphasis on automation, data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled reporting, while partnering closely with Planning & Analysis (P&A), and Product Controllers. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to influence and present to very senior stakeholders and forward outcomes across cross-functional teams.
