Iron Mountain está buscando un dedicado Capturista Analista Operativo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones.
En este rol vital, usted será responsable de la captura, validación de información física, el resguardo seguro, la clasificación, digitalización y el control de inventario de archivos dentro de nuestras instalaciones en Toluca.
Asegurar el manejo físico y recuperación de expedientes , realizando el movimiento físico de cajas y estibándolas correctamente para su resguardo seguro.
Ejecutar el procesamiento de datos del proyecto que incluye las etapas de expurgo, validación, digitalización y captura de la información.
Controlar el flujo de inventario y cumplir estándares utilizando el sistema para reubicar cajas (palmeo) y realizar la liberación o cierre de las órdenes de trabajo para reportar productividad.
6 meses de experiencia deseable en captura y manejo de archivos u operación de sistemas para la administración de bases de datos.
Nivel de estudios de Bachiller.
Conocimientos básicos de paquetería Office (Excel y Windows) y manejo de correo electrónico (Gmail).
6 meses de experiencia para el trabajo físico que incluye el movimiento de cajas y una actitud orientada a resultados y seguridad.
