The role involves managing daily credit control operations, including payment follow-ups, registration of payments, and bankruptcy processing. Additionally, the student assistant will support internal and external partners and assist with reporting and minor analyses.
Candidates must be pursuing a relevant degree in economics, finance, or a similar field with a structured approach and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to communicate fluently in both Danish and English are required.

Vi søger en studentermedhjælper til vores team Premium Payment & Credit Control, hvor du vil få indsigt i, hvordan vi arbejder med betalinger, restancer og kundehåndtering i praksis.
Kreditfunktionen i If er i en forandringsproces som følge af integrationen mellem Topdanmark og If sidste år. Teamet har derfor brug for hjælp med håndtering af daglige driftsopgaver og vi søger derfor en studentermedhjælper til at blive en del af vores team.
Opgaverne omfatter bl.a.:
Opfølgning på betalinger og rykkerproces
Registrering og afstemning af indbetalinger
Konkursbehandling
Vedligeholdelse af kundedata og betalingsaftaler
Support til interne og eksterne samarbejdspartnere (inkasso/advokater)
Understøttelse af rapportering og mindre analyser
Ad hoc-opgaver relateret til teamets daglige drift og projekter
