The Control Environment Manager ensures proper operational conduct at branches to balance customer service with operational risk. This is achieved through adherence to global standards, current regulations, and staff training on risk awareness.
Requires a degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance with at least 3 years of experience in banking control, risk, or fraud areas. Knowledge of banking regulations, AML, and risk management is essential, with intermediate to advanced English preferred.
Propósito del puesto: El Gerente de Ambiente de Control es el responsable de garantizar la adecuada conducta de la operación en sucursal, con el objetivo de lograr el justo equilibrio entre el Servicio al cliente, el Riesgo Operacional y el apetito de Riesgo, a través del estricto apego de los Estándares Globales, la Normativa vigente, las Soluciones Tecnológicas aplicables y la debida Capacitación y Concientización del Personal al Riesgo, esto sobre las sucursales que tiene asignadas de acuerdo a la Subdirección de Red en donde opera.
Requisitos Indispensables:Licenciatura o Ingeniería Económica Administrativa y/o financiera.Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en procesos bancarios áreas de control, operativas, riesgos, fraudes y en red de sucursales (deseable).Experiencia mínimo 2 años AEO/Team Leader (deseable)Experiencia mínimo 2 años nivel Gerente/Manager (deseable)
Conocimientos:Operación bancaria en generalDominio de regulaciones existentes internas y externas (ejemplo; ley de títulos y operaciones de crédito, art. 115, etc)Conocimiento en administración de riesgosConocimiento de la metodología RCA (deseable) Conocimiento en Productos de ConsumoConocimientos de PLD o AMLSistemas Administradores de Bases de Datos (Diseño y desarrollo) (deseable)Metodología de desarrollo de proyectosInterpretación y Manejo de Aplicación Score (deseable)Aplicación de Riesgo y Operaciones (deseable)
