This team leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with our business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. 

The Talent & Learning, Operations & GSC Enablement Manager supports delivery of an integrated, end-to-end service across Talent, Learning and HR Operations. The role coordinates cyclical talent and learning activities, provides strong operational governance (MI, controls, vendor and budget coordination), and acts as the primary contact for GSC enablement and engagement to ensure smooth, efficient HR operational delivery.

Working with HR and business stakeholders, the role supports the localisation and execution of global initiatives across the talent and learning agenda, while ensuring HR operational processes are controlled, compliant and consistently delivered.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Activate the global talent strategy locally, coordinating cyclical talent activities (talent reviews, frameworks, tools and communications) and partnering with HR/business leaders on talent identification, development actions and internal mobility.
• Plan and coordinate learning delivery aligned to the regional learning agenda, managing logistics, communications and completion tracking, and escalating risks to timelines and completion.
• Run end-to-end HR Operations service delivery across resourcing and employee documentation, including recruitment administration, interview coordination, and preparation of offers/contracts letters 
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities including pre-employment and enhanced vetting submissions ensuring clearance is in place prior to onboarding.
• Own workforce administration and HR systems/data integrity (Employee Central and related systems), maintaining accurate and timely colleague data, resolving system enquiries, and partnering with GSC/Workforce Support to improve data quality.
• Provide HR MI, governance rhythm and stakeholder support, producing standardised reporting tracking actions to closure, and acting as a key HR contact to support a strong colleague and candidate experience.
• Lead GSC enablement and engagement, acting as the day-to-day interface to triage requests, clarify requirements, coordinate delivery and communications, and drive continuous improvement in hand-offs, controls and process adoption.
• Ensure operational governance, financial control and risk/compliance adherence, coordinating recruitment expenses/approvals and vendor/Vendor Management System activity, supporting audit/risk actions, acting as an independent payroll reconciler, and coordinating document updates/regulatory returns with Law/Compliance where required.
• Complete required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions training and post-course assessment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR operations, resourcing administration and/or workforce administration within a large, matrixed organisation.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment administration, including job posting support, application management, interview scheduling, offer documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Strong capability in HR systems and data management (for example, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or equivalent), including maintaining data integrity, resolving user queries and applying consistent data standards.
• Sound understanding of risk and compliance requirements in HR operations, including confidentiality, record management and adherence to policies/procedures (e.g., FIM/HR controls).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear colleague/candidate communications and concise updates for senior stakeholders.
• A qualification in the field of Human Resources will be an advantage
