Oversee the development and delivery of equestrian training programs for new recruits while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Jockey Club standards. Manage the daily operations of the racehorse training center stables, including horse health, nutrition, and facility maintenance.
Requires at least 10 years of experience in racehorse stable management and a background as a former high-level racehorse jockey. Must possess deep knowledge of equine care and racehorse riding, with a preference for fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
