The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including leading the team during busy service periods and managing crew training. They are also responsible for supporting inventory control, financial management, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Candidates must have experience leading a team within a high-volume hospitality environment and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and a passion for developing team members are essential for this role.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
