Prepare and deliver high-quality Mexican food following the GYG recipe guide using fresh ingredients. Maintain quality standards for guests while working late night or overnight shifts.
Candidates should have experience in a busy hospitality kitchen and a certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience. A strong understanding of food safety and excellent communication skills are required.

As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.
We are looking for people who have late night and overnight availability. Shifts may be either 5pm-1am, or 10pm-6am. Please feel free to outline in your application whether these shifts suit.
