The Cook is responsible for preparing fresh and delicious Mexican food while maintaining high product standards. They are at the heart of restaurant operations, utilizing fresh ingredients to serve guests.
Kitchen experience is helpful but not essential for this role. Candidates should have a 'can-do' attitude, be open to coaching, and be reliable.

The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.
