The Shift Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure operational excellence and a positive work environment. They must uphold high food safety and quality standards while delivering an unforgettable dining experience to every guest.
Candidates must have previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record of outstanding customer service. Additionally, they must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol course certification.
