Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily office and administrative support activities to ensure efficient operations. Lead and develop administrative staff while maintaining accurate records and effective communication across departments.

Main Duties
Supervise and coordinate activities of administrative and clerical staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Schedule work assignments, set priorities, and provide coaching and on-the-job training to team members.
Oversee office procedures and systems, including document management, recordkeeping, and data entry quality control.
Prepare, review and distribute reports, correspondence, and operational metrics to management.
Act as a primary contact for internal departments and external clients regarding administrative inquiries and service delivery.
Implement and enforce office policies and quality standards to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
Requirements
Post-secondary diploma or certificate in office administration, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum two years of experience supervising administrative or office support staff.
Proficiency with common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven interpersonal abilities.
