Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of retail and wholesale locations to achieve sales, service, and profitability targets. Lead store teams while managing inventory, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.

Main Duties
Supervise and coordinate staff activities including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and coaching.
Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment, ordering, and loss prevention measures.
Develop and implement sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities to meet targets.
Monitor financial performance, prepare sales and expense reports, and support budget planning and cost control.
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complex customer inquiries and escalations.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable retail standards.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in business, retail management, commerce or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Several years of supervisory or management experience in retail or wholesale operations.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and basic reporting tools.
Strong numeracy skills and experience preparing or interpreting sales and financial reports.
Excellent communication, leadership and staff development abilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store operations.
