Main Duties
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders.
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and handle related logistics and expense reconciliation.
Screen and prioritize incoming inquiries, redirecting requests and following up on action items as required.
Coordinate and support meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, venue setup, and technology needs.
Maintain organized records and confidential files, ensuring information security and accessibility.
Requirements
Post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years experience providing executive-level administrative support.
