The Associate Delivery Engineer supports the deployment, installation, and configuration of the AppGate ZTNA platform within Federal and DoD environments. Responsibilities include following runbooks, assisting with identity provider integrations, and performing system sustainment tasks like patching and upgrades.
Requires 2 to 4 years of experience in systems, network, or security engineering with working knowledge of Linux and scripting. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is mandatory.

Working under the direction of Senior Deployment Engineers, the Associate handles installation and configuration tasks, follows established runbooks, assists with integrations and troubleshooting, and documents the work. The role suits engineers early in their careers who want to build their skills in Zero Trust access delivery.
