The Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while maintaining effective communication with all involved parties. They are responsible for applying analytical skills to make informed decisions and ensuring all claim activities are documented in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of related claims experience. Additionally, they must be appropriately licensed or certified in the states where claims are handled and possess strong computer skills.
