Responsible for routing deliveries and drivers efficiently while maintaining delivery metrics and manifest integrity. Acts as the primary contact between internal customers and drivers while overseeing vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.
Requires a High School diploma or GED and preferably over one year of experience in a distribution center or similar dispatch role. Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a warehouse environment.

Summary:
The Distribution Center Transportation Dispatch is responsible for routing deliveries and drivers in the most efficient way possible while maintaining delivery metrics. Will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance, setting schedules, managing expedited orders, and acting as the main point of contact between internal customers and the delivery drivers.
