The Transportation Supervisor leads a team responsible for efficient delivery routing and driver management while ensuring safety and delivery metrics are met. They oversee the loading process, vehicle maintenance, and coordinate daily on-demand services to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Candidates need at least 3 years of equivalent work experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree and prior supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred. Proficiency in WMS, TMS, and transportation telematics is required along with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Summary:
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of transportation personnel responsible for routing deliveries and drivers in the most efficient way possible while maintaining delivery metrics and safety polices. Will also be responsible for hiring, training, completing performance reviews, and ensuring jobs are correctly implemented, assigned, and completed with a high level of customer service.
