The specialist is responsible for conducting outreach and direct recruitment activities to identify and enroll qualified students into residential and non-residential programs. This includes attending community events and maintaining partnerships with referral sources like schools and human services agencies.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a human services or social science field, or an Associate's degree with related experience in youth development outreach. A valid driver's license is preferred, and candidates must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

About our Program
Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
