The supervisor is responsible for organizing, planning, and administering the Career Transition Services program, including cohort enrollment and case management. They oversee staff activities, monitor placement goals, and ensure proper record-keeping of student progress.
A bachelor's degree in counseling or a related field is preferred, with a master's degree and experience with disadvantaged youth being highly desirable. Candidates should have two years of related experience and a valid driver's license.

About our Program
Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
