You will act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance for their FX needs. You are responsible for managing a portfolio of 300 clients, ensuring they utilize the EBO platform for international payments and identifying new growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Lithuanian and English and possess strong interpersonal and numerical skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is preferred, along with a solid understanding of FX markets and Microsoft Excel.

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing team in Vilnius. You will be a point of contact for some of our corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance. You’ll have a combination of client-facing skill/experience, operational know-how and problem-solving abilities. In order to support the day-to-day relationship of our corporate accounts, you will possess these qualities with the ability to expertly switch between each as needed. You’ll be servicing the revenue and growth area of the business at an exciting time for the company. You will act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.
