Lead and scale the global renewals motion, managing a team of Renewal Managers to drive on-time closes and forecast accuracy. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to optimize the end-to-end renewal process and reduce churn risk.
Requires 10-15+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, or revenue operations with a proven track record of managing GRR and cohort renewal KPIs. Must have experience leading teams in a B2B SaaS environment and proficiency with CRM and CLM tools.

Cyera is hiring a Senior Director of Renewals. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and scaling the full renewal motion across the global customer base. This role owns the process, people, and performance of renewals including forecasting, risk identification, contract preparation, negotiation support and on-time close. The Senior Director will report to the Chief Customer Officer and will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to build scalable processes, drive forecast accuracy, and retention.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.
Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
