Oversee production lines and technical activities to ensure departmental performance metrics and production requirements are met. Responsible for training, coaching, and managing staff performance, attendance, and payroll.
Requires 2-5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in high-volume production, and a technical degree or certification is preferred. Candidates must possess technical aptitude, SAP experience, and the physical ability to work in a warehouse environment.
