The Production Supervisor coordinates production workers to meet targets, maintain quality standards, and drive P&L results. They are responsible for scheduling tasks, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Candidates need at least one year of leadership experience, preferably in a materials or distribution environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

The production supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned areas or during assigned shifts.
2nd shift: 12:30PM - 9:00PM, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $21.42 + 20% differential
