The Licensed Practical Nurse manages the medication systems and monitors the general health of clients within a shelter setting. Responsibilities include conducting health screens, administering medications, and collaborating with the PNP and social service teams to coordinate patient care.
Candidates must be a NYS Licensed Practical Nurse with current First Aid/CPR certification and at least two years of experience in a clinic or social service setting. Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to handle crisis situations in a fast-paced environment are required.
